Houses for small mathematicians

Smart Kids Planet
National stadium in Warsaw

Houses for small mathematicians is a zone that is part of an interesting concept of educational places to play, created in the spirit of the edutainment trend: education through entertainment. The huge playground “Smart Kids Planet” at National Stadium consists of 6 thematic zones divided into age categories. Houses for small mathematicians is a space designed by totutam. It`s a part of the “Tuptaj” zone which is intended for the youngest visitors. The main attraction of the playground is a construction made of friendly, natural plywood. Inside the structure there are: a mini obstacle course, a soft hill, hanging rollers and a movable, colorful flap for children to pass or check if parents are nearby. Engraved numbers from 1 to 9 encourage children to count. Number of dots on the facade corresponds with the number presented graphically. In one of the houses there is a dry pool with colorful balls, in another one there is a slide and a hideout equipped with colorful windows, ideal for playing “a ku-ku!” game. On the soft meadow in front of the houses children try to learn to walk and crawl. Textile toys and soft MINI letters allow children to jump and build various constructions. One of the toy has the embroidered figure of Smartek – the hero and symbol of the Smart Kids Planet zone.
